Type and scope of the object of the order:

The construction project involves the renovation, modernization and expansion of the wish spa in Winnenden.

Here especially the LOT 1 for the entire property component A-E main building, course pool and summer changing room

On 19.08.2022, a prior information notice was posted via TED throughout Europe, which serves to shorten the deadline for the receipt of the offers.

Main building Renovation and extension: Two-storey and partial basement

New course pool: single-storey with basement

New summer changing room: single storey and partial basement

• Connection of existing bathing water technology and HVAC control to new BMS

• 1 ASP/ISP in der Sommerumkleide für HZG, SAN, RLT

• 1 ASP/ISP in new HVAC control panel OG for connection of on-site HVAC control cabinets to new BMS and control of ventilation components

• Approx. 5 ASP/ISP in new technical centre Course basin for HZG, RLT, SAN, new bathing water technology system

• Setup of central BMS incl. BMS computer

Built-in parts:

• Control cabinet installations for approx. 1,200 data points distributed to all ASPs

• Delivery of approx. 45 2- and 3-way control valves incl. actuator for heating and cooling

• Various valve terminals for controlling pneumatic valves (SAN & bath water technology)

Performance dates:

Execution period: December 2022 to May 2024

Completion of new opening of the entire complex 01.06.2024
