The contracting authority aims to conclude a contract for the supply of 4 state-of-the-art capacity electric buses (9 -11m), top of the range, 4 slow charging stations and 2 fast charging stations with characteristics according to the technical sheets of the Opportunity Study approved by HCL no. 159/2023, annexes to the tender documentation.
Following the award of this procedure, by concluding the supply contract, the following will be purchased:

Electric buses _ 4 buc_( FT 1.3)
Slow charging stations buses electrice_ 4 buc_( FT 1.1)
Bus fast charging stations electrice_2 buc_( FT 1.2)

A. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160 para. (1) of Law nr. 98/2016 as amended, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders;

B. In accordance with the provisions of Art. 160 para. (2) of Law nr. 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on a single day, namely the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, through a consolidated response, to the extent that requests for clarifications are sent within the specified deadline.

Hunedoara Municipality has partnered with Teliucu Inferior commune to support the increase in the number of passengers as a result of increasing accessibility to public transport both within Hunedoara and in the peri-urban area, by providing a transport route to the partner commune and applied for funding through Romania's National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Component C10 – Local Fund, Investment object I.1.1 – Renewal of the public transport fleet (purchase of clean vehicles). As a result, the financing contract no. 135261 / 28.11.2022 was signed with the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration (MDLPA), having as object the granting of financing for the implementation of Project C10-I1.1-13, entitled "Purchase of electric buses, medium and small size". The financing is provided through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Component C10 – Local Fund. The need for procurement corresponds to the general objective of the Project financed under PNRR (National Recovery and Resilience Plan), Component C10 – Local Fund, Investment Object I.1.1 – Renewal of the public transport fleet (purchase of clean vehicles). Following the award of the procedure, by concluding the supply contract, 4 capacity electric buses (9 -11m), 4 slow charging stations and 2 fast charging stations will be purchased.
