The subject of the order is the delivery of photovoltaic installations along with the necessary infrastructure and energy storage systems along with the necessary infrastructure for the Social Welfare Home in Dębno. The order is being carried out under the project "Sustainable Development of the Social Welfare Home in Dębno - Photovoltaics and Energy Storage for Savings and Ecology." The order includes the implementation of an energy storage system on an existing micro-installation with a capacity of 49.56 kW and approximately 21 kWh storage in the architectural, electrical, and structural sectors, as well as the construction, commissioning, and reporting to the relevant OSD of a complete photovoltaic system. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Attachment No. 3.1 to the SWZ.
THE PROJECT ENTITLED “SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SOCIAL WELFARE HOME IN DĘBNO - PHOTOVOLTAICS AND ENERGY STORAGE FOR SAVINGS AND ECOLOGY” IS CO-FINANCED BY THE VOIVODESHIP FUND FOR ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND WATER MANAGEMENT IN POZNAŃ IN THE FORM OF A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF PLN 250,000.00.
4. The warranty period for quality and liability for defects on the subject of the order: min. 5 years. The warranty period for the subject of the order constitutes a criterion for the evaluation of offers according to point 16 of the SWZ.
5. The manufacturer's warranty period for:
1) photovoltaic modules: min. 12 years,
2) inverter: min. 10 years.
The warranty period for photovoltaic modules and the inverter constitutes a criterion for the evaluation of offers according to point 16 of the SWZ.
6. In order to confirm that the offered delivery meets the requirements set by the Contracting Authority in Attachment 3 to the SWZ (in Attachment No. 3.1 for the first part of the order, in Attachment No. 3.2 for the second part of the order, in Attachment No. 3.3 for the third part of the order, in Attachment No. 3.4 for the fourth part of the order), the Contracting Authority requires the submission together with the offer of the following evidence:
a) Catalog card for photovoltaic modules,
b) Catalog card for inverters,
c) Catalog card for energy storage systems,
d) Catalog card for supporting structures,
e) Catalog card for DC cabling,
f) Catalog card for AC cabling,
g) Catalog card for DC protectors,
h) Catalog card for AC protectors,
i) Catalog card for bidirectional meters.
If the Contractor does not provide the required evidence or the provided evidence is incomplete, the Contracting Authority will call for their submission or supplementation within a specified period.
7. The requirements specified in Attachment No. 3 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order, requirements for the subject of the order are minimum requirements. The Contracting Authority allows for the offering of the subject of the order with better parameters.
8. The delivered equipment must be brand new, unused, and not displayed at exhibitions or trade fairs, and must meet the requirements of the Contracting Authority specified in Attachment No. 3 to the SWZ. The subject of the order must be technically sound, complete, and ready for operation.
Accompanying documents/certificates proving compliance with all applicable standards and guidelines that the above-mentioned subject of the order must meet before being put into use, as well as warranty cards and operating instructions in Polish – if the equipment has them – must be attached to the delivered equipment.
9. If the documents describing the subject of the order contain manufacturer names, they serve to indicate the desired standard for the execution of the order. The Contractor may offer an equivalent subject of the order that meets at least the parameters of the indicated equipment.
10. According to Article 101, paragraph 4 of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority accepts equivalent standards, technical evaluations, technical specifications, and technical reference systems.
11. The Contractor agrees to bear the costs of transport, unloading, and insurance until acceptance.
12. The Contractor assumes full responsibility for any violations of the law and damages that may occur in connection with the execution of the order.
13. The Contractor is obliged during the entire warranty and liability period to conduct, as part of the contractual remuneration, warranty inspections conducted every five years throughout the warranty and liability period (the obligation concerns construction works, as well as photovoltaic panels and the inverter, with the inspections being conducted for individual elements until the expiration of the longest warranty period offered by the Contractor).
14. The Contracting Authority does not specify the requirements referred to in Article 95 of the Pzp Act.
15. The Contracting Authority anticipates the possibility for contractors to conduct a site visit. Participation in the site visit by contractors is not mandatory, and the lack of a site visit will not result in the rejection of the offer based on Article 226, paragraph 1, point 18 of the Pzp Act.

The third part of the order covers the delivery of a photovoltaic installation along with the necessary infrastructure and energy storage along with the necessary infrastructure for the Social Welfare Home in Falmierów. The order is being carried out as part of the project "Purchase and installation of photovoltaic installations along with energy storage on the premises of the Social Welfare Home in Falmierów." The order includes the execution of an energy storage system on an existing micro-installation with a power of 49.56 kW and a storage capacity of about 21 kWh in the architectural, electrical and construction industry, as well as the construction, commissioning and notification to the relevant OSD of a complete photovoltaic system.
Detailed description of the subject of the order is included in attachment No. 3.3. to the SWZ.

9. If the documents describing the subject of the order contain the names of manufacturers, they serve to define the desired standard of order execution. The contractor may offer an equivalent subject of the order corresponding to at least the parameters of the specified equipment.
10. According to Article 101, paragraph 4 of the Pzp Act, the Ordering Party allows equivalent standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and systems of technical references.
11. The Contractor undertakes to bear the costs of transport, unloading and insurance until acceptance.
