The purpose of the call for applications is to select three project management teams that will then be admitted to submit a tender, for the needs of Grand Dole Habitat, as part of the rehabilitation operation of 37 cites located in TAVAUX and DAMPARIS.

The missions that will be entrusted to the team awarded the contract will be:

Diagnosis/statements- Preliminary draft summary - Final preliminary design - Project and ELD- DQE for all lots - Assistance for the award of works contracts (ACT) - Execution studies for all lots - Visa - Directorate of execution of works (DET) - Assistance during acceptance operations (AOR) including Pre-acceptance operations (OPR)

The Coordination Steering Scheduling (OPC) mission is planned as an option.

The missions that will be entrusted to the team awarded the contract will be: Diagnosis/surveys- Preliminary draft summary - Final preliminary project - Project and DCE- DQE for all lots - Assistance for the award of works contracts (ACT) - Execution studies for all lots - Visa - Directorate of execution of works (DET) - Assistance during reception operations (AOR) including Pre-Acceptance Operations (OPR) The Mission Scheduling Piloting Coordination (OPC) is provided for as an option.
