The subject of the contract is the performance by the Contractor of a service consisting in the maintenance of tram tracks and switches in Wrocław divided into 2 tasks along with the right of option:

1) Task No. 1 Maintenance of tram tracks located in Wrocław – region A, along with maintenance of the switch reading system along with the right of option,

2) Task No. 2 Maintenance of tram tracks located in Wrocław – Region B along with the right of option

under the terms specified in the contract and in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract

A detailed description of the item of the order, requirements and expectations of the Ordering Party contains the Specification of the Terms of the Order and the Attachments to the Procurement Terms Specification forming an integral part of it.
