1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a COMPLEX aircraft for use in the process of practical flight training of students of aviation specialties of the PWSZ in Chełm.

2. A detailed description of the object of the order is contained in Annex 2 to the SWZ.

1. Type of aircraft: One or multi-engine aircraft, piston (land). Equipped with retractable chassis, with a pivot propeller, minimum four-seater, having European type certification. Adapted to perform flight according to instrument indications. Minimum engine power 95 hp.

2. Basic Equipment (obligatory):

The aircraft must be equipped with:

(a) VOR beacon receiver,

(b) DME receiver,

(c) the Mode S transponder;

(d) aeroplane built-up radio station which enables radio communications to be conducted at frequencies ranging from 118 MHz to and including 136,922 MHz,

e) ELT rescue transceiver permanently mounted to the airframe structure,

(f) first aid kit,

(g) an on-board fire extinguisher certified for use on board aircraft in accordance with applicable technical regulations,

(h) electronic spare speedometer, altimeter and artificial horizon,

(i) seat belts with a system holding the upper part of the trunk and a single release point in each seat of a flight crew member,

(j) the necessary equipment for towing the delivered aircraft and the cover for securing the vessel after the completed flight,

(k) aircraft anchorage equipment,

l) two-axis minimum autopilot,

m) protection of the fuselage against the effects of detaching ice from propeller blades

(for MEP (L) class aircraft)

n) the ability to operate flights using PBN (Performance Based Navigation)

Additional equipment (optional — additionally scored):

The aircraft can be equipped with:

1) Speed ometer with TAS speed reading;

2) installation of de-icing of propeller blades,

3) installation of de-icing of the airframe;

4) Pilot and navigation instruments and integrated motor glass cockpit type. w/w instruments are to be displayed and/or on PFD/MFD,

5) on the MFD screen, the ability to use “electronic charts” is unlocked.

6) ADS-B,

7) Autopilot with VNAV vertical modem

Achievements:

The aircraft should reach a cruising speed of at least 100 KIAS. Minimum flight duration without taking into account the reserve for 45 minutes of flight should be min. 3 hours.

3. Technical status:

Year of manufacture: after 1979; we allow you to purchase an older model if it has been renovated - structural review and main engine refurbishment)

A raid no more than 9000 flight hours.

4. Technical documentation:

The Contractor shall be obliged in the price of the offer to provide with the aircraft a dossier including

- instructions for use in the flight of the aircraft;

- maintenance manual;

- set of Airworthiness Directives concerning the type of aircraft offered together with engines and fittings;

- a set of service documents issued by the manufacturer concerning the aircraft type offered together with engines and fittings;

- a list of all scheduled service reviews provided in the Technical Service Manual along with the recommended number of man-hours;

- a list of all reviews provided for in the Service Bulletins or the Airworthiness Directives;

- other required documentation, as defined by aviation law and required for the proper operation of aircraft;

In addition, the offer price includes:

- NNW, OC, AC insurance policy for a period of 1 m-ca from the date of transmission of the aircraft with PWSZ information in Chełm as insurance/policyholder; insurance area: Poland; flights with an instructor and without an instructor;

5. Delivery date of aircraft: until 24.12.2021

- the reception of the aircraft at the cost of the contracting operator must take place at the EPCD or within a radius of 300 km from its premises,
