Description:
Collection and management of municipal waste from the commune of Gródek nad Dunajcem in 2020.

1. The subject of the contract is the service of collecting municipal waste from owners of residential and uninhabited real estate located in the commune of Gródek nad Dunajcem and their management.

2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes:

2.1. collection of municipal waste in areas with single-family and multi-family housing as well as in workplaces, commercial outlets and service outlets, schools, institutions and other entities, as well as on roads, squares and other facilities.

1. The subject of the contract is the service of collecting municipal waste from owners of residential and uninhabited real estate located in the commune of Gródek nad Dunajcem and their management.

2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes:

2.1. collection of municipal waste in areas with single-family and multi-family housing as well as in workplaces, commercial outlets and service outlets, schools, institutions and other entities, as well as on roads, squares and other facilities in the following fractions and quantities:

2.1.1. Mixed (unsorted) municipal waste with code 20 03 01 collected (transferred) in containers, containers or bags of black color - 1,000.0 Mg,

2.1.2. Selectively collected the following types of waste - 350.0 Mg,

2.1.3. Wastes not mentioned above - 164.1 Mg,

2.2. Utilization of municipal waste collected in a way that takes into account the following conditions:

2.2.1. As part of municipal waste management, the waste collector is obliged to transfer the collected mixed municipal waste, green waste and residues from the sorting of municipal waste destined for storage to a regional municipal waste treatment installation. The receiving entity is obliged to indicate in the offer municipal waste treatment installations;

2.2.2. For separately collected municipal waste other than those listed above and other than paper waste, including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste, glass waste, including glass packaging waste, metal waste, including packaging waste metals, you create artificial waste, including plastic packaging waste and multi-material packaging waste, biodegradable waste from specific bio-waste included in waste management, the entity collecting waste is obliged to transfer it for recovery, and if recovery is not possible, for disposal in accordance with the hierarchy waste management, referred to in art. 17 of the Act of 14.12.2012 on waste (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2019, item 701, as amended);

2.2.3. For selectively collected paper waste, including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste, glass waste, including glass packaging waste, metal waste, including metal packaging waste, you create artificial waste, including plastic packaging waste and multi-material packaging waste, biodegradable waste from specific bio-waste, receiving the waste is obliged to forward it for recovery in accordance with the provisions of art. 18 clause 3 of the Act of 14.12.2012 on waste (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2019, item 701, as amended);

3. The scope of the contract also includes:

3.1. tidying up the area where waste is collected in the event of contamination due to an overfilling of the container or sack caused by non-emptying or lack of timely collection, as well as caused during collection operations,

3.2. purchase, proper labeling and distribution (transfer) of bags for individual waste to property owners,

3.3. equipping part of the property with containers,

3.4. detour along a voivodship road and poviat roads to collect waste placed on these roads (in particular at bus stops) in bags for solid waste segregated and unsorted segregated by people from periodically inhabited real estate (summer houses) - every Monday from April 15 to October 15.

4. The above amounts were estimated based on the amount of waste collected in 2018 and 2019 and are primarily used to estimate the costs of providing the service. The contractor will be entitled to remuneration for the actual amount of waste collected and managed.
