DISTRIBUTION AND SALE OF ELECTRICITY TO THE FACILITIES OF THE DISTRICT POLICE HEADQUARTERS IN CHOJNICE

Distribution and sale of electricity in an estimated amount of 221 thousand kWh for the period IX 2023-XII 2024 to facilities used by the Police in the KPP in Chojnice. Supply facilities and the estimated amount of monthly electricity consumption are specified in Chapter IV of the SWZ.

The subject of the procedure is not covered by the list of Annex 15 to the Act of 09.09.2019r amending the Law on the Tax on Goods and Services and certain other laws (Journal of Laws 2019, item 1751).

Detailed information in the scope of these proceedings is specified in the Specification of the Terms of Contract (SWZ).
