KompostWerke Rhein-Sieg GmbH & Co. KG (KRS) intends to build a new fermentation and composting plant at the Sankt Augustin location, also to expand the plant capacity. Part of this award procedure is the implementation of the necessary planning and construction work for the establishment of a composting facility (here so-called tunnel composting) including exhaust air purification by means of a biofilter, delivery and bunker hall as well as the building construction for a biomass steam boiler system, which according to the specifications / regulations of the tender documents for the aforementioned Fermentation and composting facilities are necessary. The service is to be awarded to a general contractor with a partially functional service description. It is a flat-rate contract in accordance with Section 4 Paragraph 1 No. 2 VOB / A-EU. The draft and approval planning in particular serves as the basis. Following on from this, the contractor must also provide the necessary implementation planning and create the turnkey system tendered in this award procedure. In addition, the provision of services also includes the necessary specialist maintenance services for a period of 2 years after acceptance of the service.
