The acquisition is the subject of the sanitation work in the outer areas of the properties in central Helsinki. Nursing work comprises mechanized and hand-made winter and summer outdoor work.
The works to be competitive are divided into 3 areas: Central Campus A, Central Campus B, and Kumpula. Each region is subject to its own separate agreement. If the provider is selected as a service provider in several parts, the components may be merged into the same contract.
The agreement is expected to be entered into force from 2 June 2022.
Central Campus Area AThe sanitation works on the outer areas comprise the entire plot area of the property and
in respect of the street area of sanitation work belonging to the owner of the property
scope when it is specified in the maintenance and sanitation law of the plot
as an obligation to the owner.
