Gubener Sozialwerke gGmbH is a municipal company of the city of Guben. It intends to build a nursing care center by rebuilding a listed building ensemble (school campus built in 1951/1952) and by adding a new building with basement.

With this, the tile work in the existing building and new construction of the nursing center are put out to tender. The work on the existing building is planned in two construction phases (1st and 2nd construction phase (BA)). The work on the new building is planned in a further construction phase (3rd construction phase).

The 2nd construction phase is included in the service description LOT 2 - Tile work 2.BA. However, the funding commitment for the 2nd construction phase is still pending. Therefore, initially only the services for the 1st and 3rd construction phase are commissioned (in the service description LOS 1 - Tile work 1st BA and LOT 3 - Tile work 3.BA). The services for the 2nd construction phase can be made part of the construction contract by means of a call-off letter. Details are set out in the construction contract (Part C of the procurement documents).
