Description:
The project involves delivering, assembling, and commissioning a UAS-based bathymetric LiDAR sensor system for capturing 3D point clouds of shallow water and land areas, along with user training, within specified timelines.

The advertised scanning system is to capture shallow water areas and land areas through 3D point clouds. A system including mounting and implementation for operation on a DJI Matrice M400 is to be delivered. The components of the system must include all elements necessary to generate an RGB-colored, classified 3D point cloud.
The scope of work includes the delivery, assembly, and commissioning of the measurement system, as well as training for the users.
The delivery of hardware and software must be guaranteed within 8 weeks after the award of the contract. Training will take place after scheduling, but no later than 10 weeks after the award of the contract.
Please refer to the tender documents for a detailed description of the services to be provided.

Delivery, Assembly and Commissioning of a UAS-based Bathymetric LiDAR Sensor System and Training for Users.
The advertised scanning system is to capture shallow water areas and land areas through 3D point clouds. A system including mounting and implementation for operation on a DJI Matrice M400 is to be delivered. The components of the system must include all elements necessary to generate an RGB-colored, classified 3D point cloud.
The drone itself, Windows PC, and the necessary GNSS reference station are NOT part of the tender.
Using the system, small areas above and below the water surface will be captured via drones. The drones and the necessary expertise for their operation are available from the client (AG).
A bathymetric laser scanner must be delivered that can capture shallow water areas below the water surface up to a certain visibility depth (1.5 times). The components necessary for orientation and positioning (scanner-side) must be supplied or implemented in the scanner. This includes a suitable IMU, a GNSS module including associated antennas, as well as a camera for coloring the captured 3D point clouds. A GNSS reference station or access to corresponding correction data is available from the client and therefore is not part of the tender.
The scanner must be operated in such a way that the user or the client does not need to take any further measures regarding the extended ocular hazard (ENOHD (Extended Nominal Ocular Hazard Distance)). The contractor (AN) must provide specifications regarding flight height and scan parameters that ensure appropriate ocular safety on the ground.
All elements must be delivered that enable a permanent and stable mounting on the mentioned drone type, but also disassembly with minimal effort.
The scope of work includes the delivery, assembly, and commissioning of the measurement system, as well as training for the users.
The system to be delivered consists of the following components:
a) bathymetric laser scanner
b) fastening elements for implementation in a DJI Matrice M400 system
c) software for trajectory calculation (1 license)
d) software for deriving the point cloud (1 license)
e) delivery of the system and on-site training
The delivery of hardware and software must be guaranteed within 8 weeks after the award of the contract. Training will take place after scheduling, but no later than 10 weeks after the award of the contract.
Please refer to the tender documents for a detailed description of the services to be provided.
