Specialist planning structure, replacement new daycare center and nursery Weixdorf, phased commissioning

The state capital Dresden intends to replace the new daycare center and day care centre in Weixdorf, Zum Bahnhof 5 in 01108 Dresden.

Total budget (KG 200-700): currently around 15,999,425 gross, building costs (KG 300+400): approx. €9,458,551 million gross.

The client (AG) intends to commission the service phases 2 to 6 as well as the special services engineering controls of the specialist design structure in accordance with HOAI § 51 et seq. in conjunction with Annex 14. The commissioning takes place in stages. At the conclusion of the negotiated procedure, performance phase 2 is initially contractually commissioned. There is no legal entitlement to the transfer of all service phases. Likewise, there is no legal entitlement to further assignment after the provision of the first phases of service. The completion of performance phase 8 is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2025.
