Description:
Delivery of a computer tomograph and associated IT infrastructure, including installation and integration with existing hospital systems, while ensuring compliance with IT security and data protection requirements.

3.1. The subject of the order is the delivery of medical equipment along with IT infrastructure:
3.1.1. computer tomograph along with installation, configuration, commissioning and design of permanent shielding;
3.1.2. IT infrastructure: Server I - 1 pc, Server II - 1 pc, backup software - 1 pc, storage system - 1 pc, NAS server - 1 pc, network switch - 2 pcs, uninterruptible power supply - 2 pcs, automatic CD disc duplicator (including control computer) – 1 set.
3.2. The subject of the order also includes connecting the offered device to the existing hospital PACS/RIS system from Alteris in a way that ensures full integration, including the transfer of diagnostic images to and from the PACS digital archive and realization of DICOM WORKLIST functions. If connection to the current system requires it, the Contractor agrees to provide necessary licenses, such as additional licenses for laboratories in the Alteris system, as well as integration with the Ordering Party's HIS system, AMMS Asseco. Moreover, the Contractor is obliged to conduct communication tests to ensure the correct and seamless operation of all integrated components.
3.3. If necessary, the Contractor will connect the computer tomograph and server equipment and other supplied devices to the Ordering Party's telecommunication network according to the guidelines and requirements set by the Ordering Party's IT Section. The connection of the device to the hospital network must comply with applicable standards and network protocols and ensure an adequate level of security. If necessary, the Contractor agrees to provide a secure VPN (Virtual Private Network) connection for remote access to devices and systems related to the supplied computer tomograph and server equipment. The Contractor must apply security standards including VPN protocol standards, data encryption standards and device certification standards. VPN connections must be managed by designated staff from the hospital's IT section. Each VPN connection must be reported by the Contractor. The Contractor agrees to work closely with the hospital's IT section to configure, test, and maintain the VPN connection in accordance with the hospital's requirements. The Contractor will provide all necessary technical information and documentation related to VPN connections. The Contractor agrees to regularly update the software and firmware of devices, including the computer tomograph and server equipment, in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines and the hospital's IT section. The Contractor will regularly inform the hospital's IT section about planned updates related to devices connected to the network, in order to ensure the highest possible level of IT security. In case of detecting any IT security threats, the Contractor will immediately notify the hospital's IT section. The Contractor will adhere to all IT security requirements specified by the hospital's IT section, including password requirements, encryption, and antivirus protections. The Contractor will ensure the protection of privacy and confidentiality of personal data of individuals using the connection, in accordance with applicable legal provisions. The Contractor will share personal data of individuals using the connection only in cases specified by applicable legal provisions or with the explicit consent of the person concerned. The Contractor will comply with the hospital's privacy and data protection policy and applicable legal provisions regarding personal data.
3.4. A detailed description of the requirements set by the Ordering Party that the offered equipment must meet in terms of parameters, configuration, and equipment is specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order/Subject Specification TK/Description of minimum parameters (hereinafter: “OPZ”), as well as Annex No. 4 to the SWZ - Draft contractual provisions.
3.7. The parameters of the subject of the order presented in annex No. 1 to the SWZ constitute the minimum technical and quality requirements required by the Ordering Party. In the event of offering equipment, devices, or assortment that do not meet the minimum technical, operational, usability, and quality parameters specified in annex 1 to the SWZ, the Contractor's offer will be rejected.
3.8. The supplied equipment and devices must:
• be factory new, unused, unwrapped, not exhibition models, free from physical and legal defects, fully operational, and ready for use;
• have the appropriate attestations, certificates, and other documents required by law and meet all normative requirements specified by applicable law;
• be allowed for trade, in accordance with general product safety regulations.
3.9. The offer must be clear and comprehensive, i.e., it must cover the entire assortment of the subject of the order.
3.10. Place of execution: Medical Care Center in Jarosław, ul. 3. Maja 70, 37-500 Jarosław.
3.11. Required warranty period: in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, counted from the date of signing by both parties the final acceptance protocol.
