Civil liability and related risks — legal protection — functional protection of agents and elected officialsThe purpose of this contract is to guarantee the pecuniary consequences of civil liability, exploitation, professional, after work, after delivery that the insured may incur due to bodily, material, intangible damage resulting or not resulting from bodily or material damage caused to third parties due to its existence, its activities, functions, services and competences vested in it by the laws in force.
Civil or administrative liability for environmental risksThe purpose of this contract is to guarantee coverage of civil or administrative liability damage to the environment and monetary losses — guarantee civil or administrative liability damage damage to the environment or environmental damage — guarantee of monetary losses — guarantee defence remedy.
Property damage and related risksInsured property is generally grouped into three categories:
- the buildings,
— the contents of the buildings,
- specifically designated goods.
Statutory risksThis contract is governed by the Insurance Code and the statutory provisions defined by Law 84-53 of 26.1.1984 on the Territorial Civil Service, Act 86-33 of 9.1.1986 on the Hospital Public Service and Law 84-16 of 11.1.1984 on the Public Service of the State and all the texts and their related developments, depending on the categories of staff.
The purpose of this contract is to guarantee the financial risks associated with the statutory provisions pursuant to the provisions of Law No. 84-53 of 26.1.1984 on the Territorial Civil Service, Decree 60-58 of 11.1.1960, for employees affiliated to the CNRACL, Decree No. 91-298 of 20.3.1991 and Decree No. 88-145 of 15.2.1988, as well as all texts and related developments.
