Construction of the expressway S19 Białystok — Lubartów. Międzyrzec Podlaski (end of the ring road) - Kock (beginning of the ring road) with division into 2 parts:
Part I Międzyrzec Podlaski (end of the ring road) — Radzyń Podlaski (Junction Radzyn Podlaski Północ) with a length of 22.329 km;
Part II Radzyń Podlaski — Kock (beginning of the ring road) with a length of 18,136 km.
Part I Międzyrzec Podlaski (end of the ring road) — Radzyń Podlaski (Junction Radzyn Podlaski Północ) with a length of 22.329 kmThe designed section of the expressway S19 Międzyrzec Podlaski (end of the ring road) — Kock (beginning of the ring road) is a fragment of the designed S19 expressway lying in the VIA CARPATIA transport corridor and is located in Lublin Voivodeship, in the counties of Bialskie, Radyński, in the municipalities of Międzyrzec Podlaski, Kąkolewnica, Radzyń Podlaski and Miasto Radzyń Podlaski and Radyński, Lubartowski, in the area of the municipalities of Radzyń Podlaski, Borki, Kock.
The task provides for the construction of the S19 expressway:
PART I on the section of Międzyrzec Podlaski (end of the ring road) — Radzyń Podlaski (junction Radzyń Podlaski Północ) with a length of 22.329 km.
The scope of the task also includes:
1) construction of road interchanges:
- knot “Correct”
- node “Radzyń Podlaski North”
2) reconstruction of existing roads in relation to collisions with the expressway,
3) construction of roads other than the expressway, including altering the course of existing roads, in order to restore affected road links or to ensure access to the property,
4) construction of engineering facilities: 11 viaducts, 4 bridges, 6 animal crossings,
5) construction of a drainage system, including road body drainage equipment: road ditches, rainwater drainage system, cleaning equipment, retention tanks, retention and infiltration and others,
6. Environmental protection equipment, in particular: acoustic protection, animal crossings, ecological culverts including protective and homing fence, greenery and fencing of the expressway, anti-dazzle screens,
7) infrastructure for the needs of expressway facilities located within the expressway, including: power supply and lighting networks, water supply networks, sewage cleaning networks and equipment, rainwater drains including laxing equipment and others,
8) redevelopment of colliding equipment and networks of existing infrastructure under
and above-ground: teletechnical and energy equipment, water supply networks, stormwater drainage and wastewater drainage, gas networks, melioration and hydrological equipment, railway equipment and others,
9) demolition of buildings and construction structures, demolition of road elements, culverts and others,
10) teletechnical network for the purposes of the Contracting Authority,
11) road lighting,
12) organisation of traffic and traffic safety equipment
13. Cleaning and retraction of existing melioration equipment and receivers to the extent that ensures effective drainage of water from the road lane,

5) construction of engineering facilities: 7 viaducts, 2 pedestrian footbridges, 2 animal crossings,
6) site drainage system, including road body drainage equipment: road ditches, rainwater drainage system, cleaning equipment, retention tanks, retention and infiltration and others,
