NORDWASSER GmbH has initiated the planning of the debundling of the MW sewer and the renovation of the drinking water pipe on Fritz-Reuter-Straße (length approx. 560 m) in Rostock. TWL is to be re-installed in PE HD da 110 x 10.0. The planning was prompted by the AG's intention to further complete the drainage guide axis “Röper — Ulmenmarkt - Fritz-Reuter-Strasse - Warnow” of the Hanseatic and university city of Rostock.
The implementation of this measure is to take place in three construction phases. BA 1 extends from Doberaner Straße to Borwinstraße (length approx. 180 m), BA 2 from Borwinstraße to Waldemarstraße (length approx. 170 m) and BA 3 from Waldemarstraße to Ulmenstraße (length approx. 210 m).
The subject of the present planning is BA 1 — lot 2.
The civil engineering office is taking the planned measures as an opportunity to fundamentally renew the existing traffic areas (lot 1) in close coordination.
In addition, the Rostock municipal utilities in Kröpeliner-Tor suburb (KTV) are planning to further expand district heating technology development (lot 3). The municipal utilities are therefore involved in the planning process and the routing of the new district heating pipes, including the land connections, is in accordance with the plan. installation space taken into account.
The planning of street lighting will be carried out as part of the traffic facility renewal and will be managed as lot 4 within the measure.
As part of the dewatering renovation, in addition to the main lines, all land connections of the sewer are to be renewed up to the property line or the RW connections are to be rebuilt, existing drinking water house connections in PE-HD must be reconnected, all other materials for the TW-house connections are to be connected to the water meter in HDPE to renew.
The 3 construction phases are to be implemented in a coordinated execution with all parties involved in succession. BA 1 is scheduled to start in the second quarter of 2022.
