The subject of the assignment concerns the study for the design and follow-up of the complete construction of a production unit for making precast concrete elements for Infrabel. A site will have to be fully designed and developed with the following elements:

- infrastructure: fencing, sewerage, lighting, concrete road surface, weigh bridge, parking in PE dales, etc.,

- buildings: offices and production hall with concrete plant,

- storage places: container park, storage of finished concrete products, storage reinforcement, [...],

- study design material concrete plant.
