The purpose of the consultation is to supply fuels, petroleum fuels and ancillary services, with station and supply of tanks.

The different batches of the consultation are as follows:

— lot 01: diesel fuel, species (SP95 and SP98 in E5, SP95 in E10) and Ad Blue;

— lot 02: supply of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) at the station;

— lot 03: supply of diesel fuel, GNR to municipal tanks; and

— lot 04: supply of fuel in stations on the national and European road network.

Stationing of diesel and petrol fuels as mentioned in the batch title and additive Ad Blue. The fuels and fuels supplied must comply with the standards in force in the European Union.

The supplier shall take all measures to ensure a level of fuel and fuel quality at least equivalent to the recommendations of manufacturers of vehicles, machinery and equipment.

Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG or LPG) fuel at the station.

Supply by delivery of tanks with standard diesel and cold diesel oil (NF EN 590), standard non-road diesel (GNR) and high cold (NF EN 590) and gasoline SP98 (NF EN 228). The annual estimate for both sites represents approximately 145 m3.

Supply in station to the off-territory pump of the Castelroussine agglomeration of standard diesel fuel B7 (NF en 590), petrol SP95 E10 (NF EN 228), petrol SP95 E5 (NF EN 228), petrol SP98 E5 (NF EN 228) and LPG coupled with computerized management services (flow-through cards, fuel socket records tolls).

The estimated annual consumption for this lot is 11,500 l for all fuels.
