Kilden teater og konserthus (Kilden Theatre and Concert Hall) in Kristiansand is Norway's largest performing arts institution and one of Scandinavia's most exciting environments for professional performing arts and music. The Arts Centre houses Kristiansand Symphony Orchestra, Kilden Theatre, Kilden Opera, Kilden Culture and an innovative execution of the social side of the social assignment through Kilden Dialogue. In interaction with each other we represent a cultural offer without equal. In 2019, 176 000 spectators experienced 848 concerts, performances and events in Kilden, carried out by a diverse team representing 252 man-labour years divided across 64 occupations, consisting of 23 nationalities.

Kilden has approx. 200 permanent employees and generates approx 300 pay slips per month and receive approx. 6000 incoming invoices and travel invoices per annum. We have a liquidity flow of approx. NOK 250 million per year.

Kilden is looking for a new ERP system that covers the current and future needs and requirements for, among other things, systems for financial management, reporting, analysis, payroll and HR. Lot 1 comprises financial management (budget, invoicing, accounts, analysis, etc.), payroll, travel and expenses and a hour registration system.

Lot 2 shall cover an overall HR system that safeguards the basic HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, archive and follow-up sickness absences. The system shall also have functionalities or modules that cover our need related for development of employees, expertise, e-training and preboarding.
