The Aschersleben-based building and housing company plans to secure and renovate an individual monument that will shape the cityscape, as well as the renovation and replacement of the adjacent buildings located in the monument area. The ground floors are to offer spacious areas for commercial use and residential units with sizes between 2 and 4 rooms on the floors above. The courtyard is also to be renovated. This construction measure is to be funded from the funding program "Promotion of urban redevelopment measures - program area upgrading" 2020-2023. The urban development guidelines form a basis for planning. When planning and executing the construction measure, the client is also very important to create the household construction document (HU construction).
The structural analysis for the replacement of the rear building is already available as a draft. However, the documents for the front building can only be created at the time of the necessary security, since the house has collapsed in part and no specific information can be given in advance.
Structural planning for service phases 5 to 6 according to § 51 HOAI
The service content should be basic services of the individual service phases in accordance with Annex 14 (to Section 51 Paragraph 6, Section 52 Paragraph 2) HOAI. A precise description of services can be found in the attached contract template.
Fee zone II must be assigned on the basis of the structure to be planned with a low level of difficulty and Annex 14 HOAI 2013.
