adoma wishes to entrust a design-build contract to a consortium composed of a project manager and a consortium of companies, for the major restructuring of a former Residence for the Elderly (RPA) in order to transform it into a social residence with 82 housing units on site. The project is planned on a plot of land and a building being acquired by Adoma, from CDC Habitat, located at 9, Avenue de Bourgogne, 91940 les ulis. The land dedicated to the project has a total surface area of 836 square meters (cadastral plot Bs25) and a program of 3,119 m2 SDP and 2,172 square meters SHAB. Adoma has committed the acquisition of the site (land and building) from the current owner, CDC Habitat. Adoma will eventually be the owner, manager and project manager of this site. The Operation will be certified: NF Habitat HQE. The restructuring must comply in all respects with the thermal regulations in force (RT Existing)
