Managed Service Operational services for the SharePoint area (work services)
The subject of the procurement is a contract in the form of a managed service for SharePoint operation over 2 years with two extension options for a further year each, as well as optional transition phases (preliminary and/or final) and optional exit management.
The commissioning of managed IT services pursues the following goals in particular:
- Effective and efficient management of managed IT services by the contractual partner within the framework of the service agreement
- SLA-based operation with clear responsibility for results on the basis of defined service transfer points
- Value-adding deployment of internal staff for core tasks of the BA
