Description:
Framework agreement on furniture and furniture

The framework agreement includes the purchase of furniture for the Client's ongoing needs for operation and maintenance as well as for the Client's new locations.

In connection with Energinet's growth, a new building will be built at the location in Erritsø with occupancy in 2026, which is why an increased need for furniture is expected, especially in connection with moving into the new location.

The framework agreement is divided into the following two sub-agreements in order to ensure the Ordering Entity access to furniture for the Client's employees' standard workplace and other furniture to the Client's other locations:

- Delaftale 1: Standardarbejdsplads

- Lot 2: Other furniture

The total acquisition is purchased for a period of 4 years from the signature of the framework agreement with the possibility of extension for 4 x 12 months.

Delaftale 1 - Standardarbejdsplads

The sub-agreement includes the purchase of the following furniture for the Client's individual employee's office workplace for the Client's ongoing operation and maintenance as well as installation at the Client's new locations:

Arbejdsborde:

Work tables should be used as a daily workplace for the individual employee, where you have the opportunity to have 2 PC screens established as well as keyboard and mouse.

Kontorstole:

Office chairs should be used together with desks and used in daily work. The purpose of Office Chairs is to offer the individual employee an ergonomic and comfortable office chair that the employee can sit for up to 7.5 hours daily.

Shelving:

Shelving must help create order in the individual employee's workplace and be used as storage.

Skærmvægge:

The screen walls will help create opportunities for contemplation and peace and quiet for the individual employee in the existing open-plan office. Screen walls should be mounted on workbenches.

Lot 2 - Other furniture

The sub-agreement includes the purchase of the following furniture fixtures for the Client's premises for the Client's ongoing operation and maintenance as well as installation at the Client's new locations:

Højstole:

Highchairs should be used for temporary, short meetings or stays at high tables.

Hybrid arbejdsstol:

With hybrid work chairs, work chairs with a smaller fixed work table are desired, which is used for team meetings, telephone conversations and/immersion outside the employee's regular workplace.

Kupe sofa:

Kupe sofas are intended for conference calls, contemplation, team meetings, or smaller meetings with 1 or more people, where the employee can sit in peace and in a relaxing way, can hold shorter meetings.

Meeting table:

Meeting tables are intended for use for informal/formal meetings with the possibility of charging. The meeting table is permanently located in the Customer's meeting rooms. There must be outlets in the middle of the table that allow the Customer's employees to charge their mobile or PC.

Mødestol:

Meeting chairs are intended for use for short or long-term meetings. Meeting chairs must be with armrests so that the Customer's employees can use the meeting chairs for a longer period of time.

Telephone and meeting box:

Phone and meeting boxes are intended for use where the Customer's employee stays for a short period of time for e.g. short meetings or telephone conversations.

High mobile partitions:

High mobile partitions should be used as shields and give the feeling of being in a meeting room. They should also be able to be used for sudden meetings where there is a need to write on a whiteboard.
