The call for tenders concerns comprehensive and coordinated water quality monitoring in the owner municipalities in the PURA water area.

By continuing the freshwater monitoring a general and uniformed monitoring programme based on main stations that report back to the on-line based professional application "Vannmiljø" (the Water Environment) shall be established. The objective of the monitoring programme is to identify trends and development of the quality of water against the fixed and approved water quality goals, as well as the effect of implemented measures. The joint water monitoring system shall contribute to ensuring that the proposed measures are made.

The procurement includes the following parts:- Coordination and reporting- Benthic fauna and fish - sampling and analyses (option for fish)- Fouling algae and heterotrophic fouling (sampling and analyses)- Planktonic algae (sampling and analyses) and sampling in lakes

The value of the procurement is estimated to be: NOK 1,000,000 excluding VAT per year. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority considered dividing the assignment but has decided that it is not suitable for this type of procurement.

Statens Standardavtale (SSA) [Government’s Standard Contract]

The contract is expected to be awarded by 19.06.2023.

The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract, SSA-O.

The contract will be valid for the years 2024, 2025 and 2026. The contract will then be renewed automatically for 1 (one) year at a time, unless 3 (three) months notice is given by the Contracting Authority before the renewal date. The tenderer will have an option to terminate the contract 12 (twelve) months prior to the notification of contract renewal.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
