The construction project involves the renovation, modernization and expansion of the wish spa in Winnenden.

Here especially the LOS 2 heating system for the component A-D main building and course pool.

A prior information notice on TED was given on 19.08.2022, which serves to shorten the deadline for the receipt of the offers.

Heating system and hot water preparation

• Renewal of piping district heating connection

• Renewal of piping heating side fresh water stations incl. buffer tank

• 2 heating distributors and accessories (approx. 19 outlets of different dimensions)

• Pressure maintenance and degassing for approx. 30,000 l system volume

Built-in parts:

• In total approx. 400 valves (strangabsperr- , strangregulierventile, shut-off valves)

• Fittings for motorized control valves (2 & 3 ways), as well as installation of MSR provided valves

• Approx. 28 circulation pumps

• Approx. 4,400 m of pipelines black steel pipe DN 15 – DN 150 with thermal insulation and moulded parts

• Approx. 100 pcs tube radiators and flat radiators, partly hot-dip galvanized

• Approx. 6 pcs circulating air blower convectors with 4-wire connection as wall unit
