Waste management - collecting municipal waste and running a PSZOK in the city of Płońsk. Employer in accordance with art. 24 aa of the Public Procurement Law, it informs that it reserves the right to evaluate the offers first, and then examine whether the Contractor whose offer has been assessed as the most advantageous is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the procedure.

The subject of the order is the service called Waste management - collection of municipal waste and running a PSZOK in the city of Płońsk, including the collection of municipal waste mixed and segregated from residential, uninhabited real estate and from PSZOK. The service also includes launching and operating a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the city of Płońsk. The order will be carried out not earlier than from 1/1/2020 to 31/12/2022. The Employer requires employment by the Contractor under a contract of employment of a person / persons performing the following activities in the implementation of the subject of the contract: collection and transport of municipal waste - drivers of vehicles providing the service , at least 3 people. A detailed description of the service is provided in Annex 6 to this ToR.
