The tender concerns school transport and other regular services for all departments and institutions under Children & Culture at Esbjerg Municipality. This involves both planning and execution of the journey. The tender is divided into the following sub-areas:• Sub-area 1: Special school transport. According to section 26 of the Folkeskole Act, the contracting entity is obliged to transport pupils to and from tenders. This is the transport of pupils aged 5 years and above who are unable to use public transport. The sub-area includes driving of: Students with driving needs, students for special measures, students for dyslexic pits and students for reception classes – school driving• Subarea 2: Special other regular services for Children & Culture The sub-area includes driving students for sports driving, swimming driving (school students) and driving children to relocation bases under Daycare (daycare children). On the basis of the tender documents, a contract will be concluded in which the tenderer must plan and carry out all services required by the contracting entity within the described area. The tenderer must submit tenders for both sub-areas, and tenders must be submitted for all journeys under each sub-area, i.e. tenders cannot be submitted for swimming only under sub-area 2.
