The project management contract concerns the carrying out of design studies and the monitoring of the energy renovation and redevelopment works of the ISPAIA building on behalf of the Saint Brieuc agglomeration

The energy renovation and redevelopment of the ISPAIA building includes the development of a hall forming a student centre and a reception hall for rental to third parties and reception of events. The objective of the energy renovation is to achieve a reduction in energy consumption of -60% (tertiary decree) compared to the data described in the program attached to the consultation.
