The overall Helmut Kohl Allee (HKA) project is intended to replace the existing B44 from the A 650 motorway (Ziegeleiweg area) to the abutment area of the Rhine crossing (Kurt Schumacher Bridge). The overall Helmut Kohl Allee (HKA) measure consists of the "Westbrücke" sub-measure, the "Stadtstraße" sub-measure and the "Nordbrückenkopf" sub-measure.
For the implementation of the West Bridge sub-measure and as part of the redesign of the North Bridge Head, structural interventions in the DB area are required. For these structural interventions, such as foundation engineering work in the area of the foundations and erection of the future piers on the Deutsche Bahn site in Ludwigshafen, security services are necessary.
