The City of Le Pecq wishes to rehabilitate its municipal swimming pool, in order to optimize its functionality, user comfort, accessibility, and reduce the building's energy consumption. This rehabilitation will include the replacement of the roof and joinery. The estimated budget allocated to works and technical equipment is set at a maximum of EUR 3 700 000 (excluding tax). This envelope is a maximum that the project management team will have to strive to reduce. The work will be divided into separate lots. The missions entrusted to the project management team will be as follows: Summary Project (APS), Final Project Preliminary (APD), Project Study and dce Drafting (pro/dce), Assistance in the award of works contracts (Act), Visa of execution and synthesis studies (Visa), Direction of the execution of the Works Contract (Det), Assistance to Acceptance Operations (Aor).
