It includes all services related to the maintenance and maintenance of the aforementioned equipment, namely:- cleaning and checking of equipment during periodic passages in order to keep it in perfect working order and reduce any risk of failure in their proper operation and any nuisance;- maintenance and rotation of filters and their replacement if necessary,- their repair in the event of breakdown or malfunction;- the supply of spare parts, small equipment and consumables necessary for the performance of the services;- the disposal of any replaced equipment;- the cleaning of the work area and the disposal of waste related to service and maintenance services;- the obligation to provide advice, information and recommendations on the performance of the contract and the condition of the equipment;- the preparation of monitoring documents necessary for the performance of the contract
