Open procedure for the assignment of the service aimed at the reclamation of groundwater in the former paper mill areas of Arbatax, pursuant to Art. 60 and 95 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 50/2016.

The service will have a duration of 4, extendable for one or more further years, for the time necessary for the reclamation of the aquifer polluted by Fe, Mn and chlororganics, and an amount, for only 4 years, of € 650,949.42 plus VAT.

The installation of a complete "temporary and mobile" system, able to guarantee the compression and distribution of air to the inlet wells of an "Air Spargin" plant for the oxidation of polluted water of Iron and Manganese and the stripping of the polluted water of chlororganics of the aquifer of the former Arbatax paper mill in the municipality of Tortoli. The plant must be accompanied by a manual for the operation of the plant and by a service and maintenance plan, and must be able to guarantee the insufflation of 24 wells up to a depth from the ground floor of 24 m;

The construction of 24 wells for the insuflage of air up to a depth, measured from the ground floor, of 24 m and of the distribution network and supply from the compressed air from the compressor station;

The technical-operational management for a period of four years and possibly extendable for the time necessary for the reclamation of the aquifer polluted by Fe, Mn and chlororganics;

The warranty for a period of not less than 2 (two) years for the works;

Ordinary and extraordinary maintenance to ensure the perfect efficiency of the plants and works throughout the contractual period.
