The Harz waterworks intend to carry out a general overhaul of the Sösetalsprerre's front barrier, including the repair of the B498.

In advance, the production of work levels on the barrier dam as well as landscape conservation measures through dams and terrain profiling in drinking water protection zones I and II are required.

Provision is made for the bulk materials to be removed from the storage space floor of the main barrier and front barrier when the water level is lowered, brought into the construction area and poured up as a work plan or barrier barrier. The total dimensions to be relocation are approx. 21,000 m³.
