1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly of an echocardiograph to the Kociewie Health Center in Starogard Gdański, 1 Balewskiego Street.

2. Delivery of equipment to the place indicated by the Ordering Party shall take place by an appropriate means of transport, at the expense and risk of the Contractor.

3. The contractor shall be responsible for the proper preparation of the equipment for operation, commissioning and training of personnel.

4. The description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.

5. The Contractor shall provide at least a 24-month guarantee.
