The contract is concluded within the framework of a grouping agreement between the City of Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and the Centre d'action social (CCAS) (deliberation no. 21-017 of 16.2.2021). Open call for tenders issued pursuant to the Public Order Code 2019 (articles L. 2112-1, L. 2121-1, L. 2124-1, L. 2124-2, R. 2121-3, R. 2121-7 and R. 2321-1). Subsequent Contract Allotted Framework Agreement: Lot 1: Supply and Routing of Electricity and Related Services — C5, Lot 2: Supply and Routing of Electricity and Related Services — C4/C3. The places of supply and delivery of electricity are the addresses of all the Delivery Points (PDL) entered in the BPU & DQE parts. The deadline for the validity of tenders is set at 24:00 from the deadline for receipt of tenders. The contract will last thirty-six (36) months from the start date of supply set at 1.9.2021 (00:00) and will end on 31.8.2024 at 23:59.
