Delivery, assembly, commissioning and subsequent maintenance of charging infrastructure (SL)Delivery, assembly, commissioning and maintenance of the charging infrastructure for 12 electrically powered articulated buses at the bus depot of Stadtverkehr Lübeck GmbH, Ratekauer Weg 1-7 in 23554 Lübeck. Erection of a lightning protection system BSK III for a storage hall (80 mx 100 m), extension of low-voltage switchgear to include fuse outlets, cable laying, erection of aluminum truss systems including statics and civil engineering / foundation. Complete completion and commissioning of the systems by December 31, 2021.
The following components are to be delivered, installed and put into operation:
1. 12 chargers with a nominal output of 150 kW each on the DC side and a total efficiency of the chargers of at least 93%. Installation of the chargers on a raised floor system within a storage hall (protection class of the chargers min. IP 44) Communication interface of the chargers: OCPP. Connection of the chargers to the existing ventilation system (the heated exhaust air must be able to be extracted on the back of the chargers).
2. Installation of outlets in existing low-voltage switchgear by inserting NH-1 fuse links to supply the charging infrastructure, delivery and laying of cables and wires from existing switchgear to chargers or from chargers to depot boxes.
3. Install 12 depot boxes on the respective crossbar supports of the charging points, equip them with LED displays and EMERGENCY STOP mushroom buttons.
4. Manufacturer-independent charging management system (communication interface downwards: OCPP and OCHIP to existing Schaltbau devices) with PLC functionality for programming various functions, implementation of measuring and sensor systems. Common communication interfaces (protocols from industry / Ethernet etc.) must be supported. Data archiving of the events / measurement data is to be provided.
5. IT cabinet including HMI, UPS system, patch panel (s) and the charging management system described above as a central location for visualization and programming of the systems, connection to higher-level systems as well as existing ones (example COSware / bus depot management system).
6. Truss construction over 2 bus lanes, static connection to the hall wall (fire wall) including static design of the traverse and foundations according to specifications (static and dynamic load), including collision protection elements in front of the traverse. The traverse height is approx. 4,500 mm and extends along the entire length of the hall. Longitudinal and cross connections as well as supports and special elements are provided that enable installation within the existing hall. All work for the production, delivery and installation of the individual foundations must be taken into account. Delivery and assembly of pre-assembled DC charging cables including plugs suspended from the truss construction.
7. Extension of the existing ventilation system including fittings and fire dampers, making openings through the fire wall including lintels (static evidence must be provided).
8. Lightning protection system (lightning protection class III) must be set up over the entire storage hall (air-termination lines made of aluminum, including fastening material on the roof structure, mesh size approx. 15 m, down conductors on the outside wall of the hall including spacers, making head holes to connect the meshes Ringer earth (civil engineering with paving work is to be taken into account).
Delivery, assembly, commissioning and subsequent maintenance of charging infrastructure (LVG)Delivery, assembly, commissioning and maintenance of the charging infrastructure for 10 electrically powered articulated buses at the bus depot of the Lübeck-Travemünder Verkehrsgesellschaft, Gneversdorfer Weg 15 in 23570 Lübeck.
The following components are to be delivered, installed and put into operation:
1. 10 chargers with a nominal output of 150 kW each on the DC side and a total efficiency of the chargers of at least 93%. Installation of the chargers on a finished floor within a storage hall (protection class of the chargers min.IP 44),
2. Communication interface of the chargers: OCPP,
3. Installation of the chargers in the existing storage hall, optionally next to the buses or at a central point in the hall plus depot boxes for supplying the buses with pre-assembled CCS-2 cables including plugs,
4. Construction of low-voltage switchgear to supply the charging infrastructure:
Energy switchgear combination that can be operated on loan with feeder panel (circuit breaker), output panel (s) with NH-2 fuse switch disconnector in strip design to supply the 10 charging points plus universal panel for IT / communication systems.
