The state road construction authority of Saxony-Anhalt (LSBB) intends, as a result of this competition, to again tender an automatic GPS-based operational data acquisition (aEDE) for the road maintenance service nationwide for the area of responsibility of all road maintenance services in Saxony-Anhalt.

As part of the tender for the aEDE, 2 service parts are planned:

a) Delivery and rental of recording devices for the vehicles and attachments including installation, training, instruction and dismantling at the end of the contract.

b) Service contract for the recording software, data transfer from the recording device to a central server of the contractor, (short-term) data storage, the transfer of data to a server of the client and the generation and provision of the required reports

Automated deployment data recording (aEDE) is intended to automatically record and document vehicle-related deployments. Furthermore, the deployment data should be prepared in such a way that they are immediately available for PRO-UI (operations service software) as well as evidence of MOSA (route maintenance) and winter service. The simple billing of the services of external companies in winter service must also be guaranteed. A particular focus of the automation is the simplification of the acquisition by entering all required performance data.

The system offered must contain an overall solution for the collection and input or transfer of the performance data of the road maintenance personnel, the outsourced services as well as an order and processing verification system for winter service and MOSA.
