with aluminium hull and associated services, for the operational needs of Armed Forces Elements (Efa) This notice concerns a call for applications for a single-award framework agreement for the purpose of acquisition of semi-rigid inflatable boats, aluminum hull and associated services, for the operational needs of the Armed Forces Elements (Efa).

The contract is part of a negotiated procedure in accordance with the provisions of Articles L2324-3, R2324-3 and R2361-8 to R2361-12 of the Public Order Code.

The contract is fulfilled in part by the issuance of purchase orders and in part by the conclusion of subsequent contracts.

The purchase order part concerns the acquisition of boats and associated services whose characteristics, prices and delivery times are defined and integrated into a pre-established scale and registered on the market. It concerns the acquisition

of: -motorized boats (motorboats) or naked boats,

-training for employment and maintenance in operational condition,

subsequent contracts, issued on the basis of the framework agreement, shall specify the characteristics and terms which have not been laid down in the framework agreement.

Subsequent contracts are intended to:

-Definition study services,

-to develop a variant with respect to a existing model, to study a modification, to meet a functional specification for the design and realization of a new craft,

-availability packages.
