A tender was announced for consultancy and valuation services in Seljord Municipality for valuations of all properties in Seljord Municipality (except 'energy installations'). This was subject to the municipal Council approving on 10 December 2020 a finance plan for 2021-2024 with issuing property tax on all properties in the entire municipality per 1 January 2022, c.f. the Property Tax Act, Section 3 letter a.

The municipal Council has still not decided whether they will use the assessment value for housing properties, or whether they will use the assessment value for approx. 1 100 housing properties, or whether they are to be valued by an expert committee (like the other properties). The tender was therefore announced with two alternatives:

— valuation of all properties,

— valuation of all properties, except housing properties (where the assessment value will be used by the Norwegian Tax Authority). Such a tender was announced for consultancy and valuation services (hereafter called the supplier) in Seljord Municipality. This was subject to the municipal council approving on 10 December 2020 a finance plan for 2021-2024 with issuing property tax per 1 January 2022 in accordance with Section 3 a.
