The city of Alsfeld is planning the former and already partially dismantled

To renovate and expand the fire brigade base at Carl-Metz-Str.1. In the future, the organizational base of the Alsfeld city administration is to be built there. In addition to office and administrative units with assigned functional rooms, vehicle and workshop halls with use-specific functional rooms including storage and archive areas are also to be renovated and newly created. In the future, a GFA of approx. 1,300m² will be available. The renovation share is 37.50%; the share of new construction amounts to 62.5% of the GFA.

In addition, open and parking areas with approx. 1,000m² are also planned. The measure is expected to be completed by the end of 2024.
