This tender concerns the management of rental properties for Gentofte Municipality.

The offered contract includes property management of Gentofte Municipality's 1531 residential leases and 10 service areas, as well as approx. 90 leases for business and other purposes.

In addition, Gentofte Municipality plans to expand the property portfolio with an additional 57 social care homes and 1 service area during 2023. These properties will be included in the overall portfolio when they are ready, expected during 2024.

The contract offered also includes payment of rent at a number of temporary residences, cf. section 12 of the Integration Act.

The tender includes the transfer of a total of 12 employees from the previous supplier.
