The contract has as its object the supply, to measure, and through a special framework agreement pursuant to art. 54 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, of new cars and pick ups, new, without driver, with the formula of long rental term “full service” intended for the staff of the client and to all the companies controlled by it, necessary for the performance of the services that the client performs. The framework agreement will last 12 (twelve) months from the date of its signing, with the option of extension, at the sole discretion of the client, for a further period of 12 (twelve) months. The services which are the subject of this contract shall be summarised as follows:

— main performance also in economic terms pursuant to art. 48, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016: supply of new cars and pickups with the contract formula of full-service long term rental driverless, all as per special tender specifications (CSA) and supply project, referred to ob relationem,

— there are no secondary services pursuant to art. 48, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016.

The parts of the supplies to be carried out by the individual economic operators gathered or consortium shall be specified.

The framework agreement will last 12 (twelve) months from the date of its signing, with the option of extension, at the sole discretion of the client, for a further period of 12 (twelve) months. Contracts derived from individual orders of supply will have a duration of 60 months from the receipt of each vehicle and/or pick up at the locations indicated by the customer.

The total presumed amount of the contract, calculated as the maximum estimated amount on the basis of tendering for the 12 (twelve) month contractual period, shall be set at EUR 1 461 660,00 ( one millionfour hundred and sixty-one thousand six hundred sixty/00), plus VAT. There are no security charges not subject to downside. An option for renewal of the contract is provided, as set out in point II.2.11) of this notice of invitation to tender.
