1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of active network devices along with the service of their implementation for the needs of the Regional Court in Wrocław at Sądowa 1 / Podwale 29.30. The offered devices must be brand new, come from current production, have appropriate documents, certificates, reports allowing them to be sold and used in the European Union. The Contractor is obliged to provide technical assistance together with the supplied equipment for a period of 3 years from the date of the quality acceptance protocol of the devices signed on both sides without reservations. The scope of the order includes the purchase of equipment along with their delivery, unloading and bringing to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, preparation of a technical design covering all delivered elements, assembly and implementation of devices, preparation of as-built documentation, training of users, 3-year technical assistance. The subject of the contract is described in detail in Annex 1 to the SWZ, which consists of two parts: Annex 1a to the SWZ, constituting a non-confidential part of the description of the subject of the contract, which is published on the website of the conducted procedure together with the documentation of the proceedings, and Annex 1b to the SWZ, constituting a confidential part, which is made available at the request of the Contractor, under the conditions described in Chapter I, paragraph 3 point 3.3. SWZ. 2. Place of performance of the subject of the contract: Regional Court in Wrocław located at Sądowa 1/Podwale 29.30 in Wrocław. The delivered devices will work in the Premises of the Ordering Party located at Sądowa 1/Podwale 29.30, Szybka 6-10, Tkacka 6-8, Krakowska 141-155 and Joannitów 14 in Wrocław.
