The Parliamentary Ombudsman shall enter into an agreement for the supply of daily cleaning of the premises for a total of 1 451 m² spread over 5 floors. Agreement will be entered into with 1 (one) supplier.

The agreement shall be for a period of 2 (two) years with a possible extension under the same conditions for a further 1 + 1 years (maximum term of four years). After the expiry of the contract period the contract continues with 1 (one) year, unless the Ombudsman notifies supplier of anything else within three months before expiry of the contractual period.

The agreement runs from 10.1.2012.
