Due to the poor structural condition of various canals in the Zielstrasse, Kurzstrasse, Schützenstrasse, Rosentalstrasse and in the Neugasse, replacement new buildings are necessary. In addition to the sewer replacement, extensive plant line renewals of Stadtwerk Gas Wasser and Stadtwerk Elektrizität are also to be realized. The majority of the roads in the project perimeter are in poor condition. The road repair depends on the damage caused by the plant management work.
