The Beauvaisis agglomeration community, the city of Beauvais, the communal social action centre and the Beauvais agglomeration tourist office form a consortium for the conclusion of the framework agreement. This framework agreement is concluded according to the open tendering procedure (Articles L.2124-2, R. 2124-2 and R2161-1 to R. 2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code). This consultation is divided into 2 batches. The Framework Agreement is for purchase orders with no minimum annual amount but with a maximum annual amount of 230,000 euros (excluding VAT) for Lot 1 and a maximum annual amount of 5000 euros excluding VAT for Lot 2
