This framework is for the supply of highways materials to East Riding of Yorkshire Council and Hull City Council’s Highways Departments. This framework will run from the 1.4.2019 – 31.3.2023.

An initial call of will be made upon the award of the framework for a two (2) year period running from the 1.4.2019 – 31.3.2021, with an option to extend for a further two (2) years until 31.3.2023, for both East Riding of Yorkshire Council and Hull City Council.

Additional call offs may be made throughout the duration of the framework by East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Hull City Council, as well as by further authorities who may wish to utilise this framework.

This framework may be utilised by other local authorities within the Yorkshire and Humber region, as advertised. Any such requirements will be requested as and when the need should arise.

This lot contains coated materials products, including but not limited to:

— surface courses,

— binder courses,

— base courses,

— site mix asphalts and other miscellaneous items.

This lot contains concrete materials in a range of standard mixes, grades and aggregate size.

This lot contains a number of dry stone materials, including but not limited to:

— unbound mixtures,

— gravel,

— sand and top soil.

This lot contains surface dressing chippings in both 6 mm and 10 mm aggregate sizes.
