Gubener Sozialwerke gGmbH is a municipal company of the city of Guben. It intends to build a nursing care center by rebuilding a listed building ensemble (school campus built in 1951/1952) and by adding a new building with basement.
The interior doors in the existing buildings of the nursing centre are hereby put out to tender. The work on the existing building is planned in two construction phases (1st and 2nd construction section (BA)). Details are laid down in the construction contract (Part C of the tender documents).
