The purpose of this contract is to entrust the management of the school transport service aimed at pupils attending kindergartens, primary and secondary schools of 1st degree in the municipal area who request it for the home-school connection and vice versa.

The purpose of this contract is to entrust the management of the school transport service aimed at pupils attending kindergartens, primary and secondary schools of 1st degree in the municipal area who request it for the home-school connection and vice versa. The service, to be carried out with vehicles paid by the contractor, must provide for the presence of the companion where there are kindergarten children (see Simulation of the routes referred to in Annex A).

The service subject to the contract must be activated, from year to year, on the basis of the school calendar established, indicatively, for the period between mid-September and the end of June.

The Municipality also reserves the right to entrust the winning company with the obligation to fulfill:

• additional transport services for school, extracurricular, recreational, educational and sports activities, within or outside the municipal territory;

• individual school transport for the home-school connection and vice versa, to be carried out by suitable means, aimed at disabled users who attend schools in the municipal area;

• transport services for summer activities.

The purpose of this contract is to entrust the management of the school transport service aimed at pupils attending primary and secondary schools of 1st grade in the municipal area who request it for the home-school connection and vice versa on the basis of the "Annual transport plan" which will be updated from year to year. The service, to be carried out with vehicles charged to the contractor, (see Simulation of the routes referred to in Annex A).

The service subject to the contract must be activated, from year to year, on the basis of the school calendar established, indicatively, for the period between mid-September and the end of August, thus also including the activities of summer camps.

The Municipality also reserves the right to entrust the winning company, with the obligation for the same to fulfill additional optional ancillary services:

B1) transport to detached structures for school purposes and for institutional purposes for initiatives in the municipal area or educational trips even outside the municipal territory, which take place during school hours;

B2) transport of users leaving their school complex to places in the municipal area where extracurricular activities are carried out to which minors are enrolled with the possibility of moving from one place to another during the afternoon (therefore transport services of pupils at the end of school hours to take them to attend extracurricular recreational, educational and sports activities on the municipal territory with the possibility of moving during the afternoon);

B3) transport of users for outings during the activities of summer camps to places outside the municipal area, which take place during summer camp hours;

B4) any innovative transport services: such as individual school transport for the home-school connection and vice versa, to be carried out by suitable means, aimed at disabled users who attend schools in the municipal area;

B5) other innovative services.
